Holly Washington is a recent Business Management graduate from Borough of Manhattan Community College with hands-on experience in HR support and administrative coordination. Through her roles at Exit Escape, PISTE Fencing Academy, and Bridge Street Development Corporation, she contributed to key HR functions including onboarding, resume screening, payroll assistance, and maintaining employee records. Holly is proficient in Microsoft Office and ADP, and is known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. She has earned recognition on the Dean’s List, is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and served as a mentor in BMCC’s Impact Program.
