Business Affairs

Trident Media Group’s Business Affairs department guides our literary agents throughout the publishing agreement and contract process. Our team reviews all of TMG’s authors’ agreements with U.S. and foreign publishers to ensure that those agreements contain favorable terms for our clients. In addition to negotiating publishing contracts, Business Affairs also drafts U.S. and foreign language, first and second serial rights agreements, and other publishing related agreements.
