Alice Berndt works with coagents to license all the agency’s titles in Asia and Eastern Europe, as well as in Israel, Greece, Turkey, and Arabic-speaking countries. She handles the agency’s children’s authors, as well as those represented by Aurora Fernandez and Claire Romine and coordinates Trident’s Rights Guide creation. A New Jersey native, she is a graduate of Davidson College, where she studied English and art history. While at Davidson, Alice served as a writer and editor for several student publications and worked as an art gallery assistant. During the summers, she interned with both Dystel, Goderich & Bourret and Nancy Yost Literary Agency. Following her graduation, Alice attended the Columbia Publishing Course at Oxford and started at Trident Media Group as a foreign rights assistant. aberndt@tridentmediagroup.com
