Lucy Rime reviews domestic book contracts for the Business Affairs team, working closely with Ava Elkins and Julia Maziarz. She graduated in May of 2024 from the University of Massachusetts–Amherst, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in English, with a concentration in creative writing, and dance. There she enjoyed writing works of magical realism and poetry and served on the staff of the English department’s student advisory board, as well as on its undergraduate literary magazine, Jabberwocky. During her last semester, she interned at the educational services company Publishing Solutions Group. She is a graduate of the Columbia Publishing Course, where she first became interested in book contracts.
