Russ Intellectual Properties was formed in order to create books from the Russian point of view, involving world events. Stories that have not been told, concerning primarily the 20th Century, using mostly Russian sources, have been hidden away and remain very hard to access even today.

Some books from this venture include:

RISING TIDE by Gary E. Weir and Walter J. Boyne, written from the perspective of the Soviet/Russian side of the competition between the West and Russia during the Cold War.
