Born and raised in New York City and a graduate of Duke University, Mr. Strone began his career at as a literary agent at the New York offices of the William Morris Agency. Working for a number of years in both the New York and Los Angeles offices, Mr. Strone was promoted to Senior Vice-President. In September 2000 he left WMA to form Trident Media Group.

Through the course of Mr. Strone’s career, he has represented some of the biggest and most prestigious book deals for celebrities: Christopher Reeve, Dana Reeve, Lucille Ball, Sacha Baron Cohen, Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, Sharon Rocha (mother of Laci Peterson), Jerry Seinfeld, Chris Rock, Mel Brooks, Ann-Margaret, Drew Barrymore, Laila Ali, Paul Reiser, Tatum O’Neal, Brian Wilson, Carl Reiner, Burt Reynolds, Richard Pryor, Whoopi Goldberg, Tony Bennett, Cindy Crawford, The Delaney Sisters (“Having Our Say”) and The Osbournes.
